Travel Oncology Infusion RN - $2,100 per week

Travel RN – Oncology (Nashville, TN) American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology Infusion RN for a 13‑week travel contract in Nashville, TN, requiring ONS Chemotherapy Certification and at least 2 years of oncology experience. Assignment Overview Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Employment Type: Travel Work Environment Outpatient Oncology Infusion Clinic with 16 infusion chairs GynOnc Infusion unit with a 4:1 patient‑to‑chair ratio Port‑A‑Cath access using sterile technique and peripheral venous access required Alaris Pumps used for infusion delivery Documentation via MediTech Expanse Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or major holiday shifts May float to the TCT Infusion department (Cost Center 716) with orientation prior to floating No unit secretaries or techs available on the unit 13‑week contract Responsibilities Chemo administration, IV hydration, electrolyte repletion Port‑A‑Cath and peripheral IV placement Vital signs, height/weight measurement Lab draws via central or peripheral access Qualifications Active RN license – TN state license or Compact RN license required Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start) ONS Chemotherapy Certification required Minimum 2 years of recent oncology/chemotherapy infusion experience Experience with chemotherapy patient population required SSN and DOB required for consideration; Canadian SSNs not accepted One professional reference required (two references required if licensed in Florida or Missouri) No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Requirements Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not eligible Solid‑colored scrubs required in navy, lavender, pink, black, or teal Compensation Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
