Mobile Heavy Duty Mechanic (310T)

Clean Harbors Sarnia, Ontario is looking for a Licensed Mobile Heavy Duty Mechanic to join their safety conscious team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance, inspections, and repairing of all company fleet at branch and client locations throughout the area. - Complete and follow all Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) and Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs).
- Work independently on customer sites often.
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on light or heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Complete and maintain warranty and any other documentation.
- Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn, damaged, or defective components as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping activities.
- Complete all required documentation, including daily Samsara logs, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Journeyperson Truck and Coach Technician Certificate
- 3+ years' experience working as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic.
- Previous experience working with Hydraulics is an asset.
- Previous experience working on Vacuum Trucks is an asset.
- Ability to use diagnostic software.
- Class 5 Driver's License required with a clean drivers abstract
