• Are you comfortable moving between VMCs and lathes to keep production flowing?

What You’ll Do

• Set up, program, and run CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to determine the best approach.
• Verify parts with thorough in-process and final inspections.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with engineering and production to improve processes, tooling, and cycle times.
• Keep your area organized and operate with strict adherence to safety standards.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
• Proven CNC machining background with strong milling expertise.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints/technical drawings accurately.
• Detail-focused mindset and commitment to quality.
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach.

Physical & Work Environment

• Standing for long periods; repetitive motions as needed.
• Fine motor skills for small parts and tooling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
