• Initiate contact with candidates to introduce exciting opportunities at MLR and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments for candidates with our professional recruiters for an in-depth screening
• Follow up with potential candidates to sustain interest and bolster the hiring experience
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission rewards based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
