What You'll Do:
Under the supervision of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager, you will deliver expert patient care in critical care units, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. Your expertise will also include training and mentoring respiratory therapy staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. Your contribution will be crucial in delivering exceptional healthcare services during critical moments, helping patients recover and improve their quality of life.


Required Skills:

• Valid and active Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
• Proven experience in critical care environments, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal units
• Strong assessment and clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to educate and collaborate with colleagues and patients
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience training or mentoring other RT staff
• Knowledge of advanced airway management and ventilator settings
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in critical care settings, ideally including neonatal and pediatric care

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts, starting May 19, 2026
• Certification in CPR/BLS and other relevant clinical certifications
• Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certification costs as applicable
