Real Estate New Construction Acquisitions Manager – Outside Sales Beachworks LLC is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to drive off-market deal flow across the Puget Sound. This is a high-ticket, outside sales role focused on sourcing, negotiating, and closing residential real estate opportunities directly with homeowners. You’ll be in the field, sitting at kitchen tables, walking properties, knocking on doors, and structuring deals. Compensation $80,000–$170,000+ (Monthly Training Pay + Upside Commission) During your onboarding and ramp-up period, you'll receive $6,000 per month for at least the first six months , plus upside commission on every deal you generate . As you build your pipeline, consistently hit key performance milestones, and demonstrate success in the role, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 employee with a long-term compensation package, if that aligns with your career goals.
