Visual Team Member
West Elm in Tampa, FL is seeking a creative, energetic, and driven individual to join our Visual Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your design and merchandising skills while collaborating with a talented group of professionals in a dynamic retail environment. Skills/Knowledge:
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
- Ability to work independently but also part of a bigger team.
- Knowledge of space planning.
- Able to pivot and react to changing business needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques.
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
