This position would be responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment property and would serve as a subject matter expert/investment specialist.Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email, text.Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate.Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.Cold CallingAnswering inbound sales callsRequirementsCurrent real estate agent/broker licenseStrong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality"Go getter" attitudeSelf-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in the real estate investment marketAble to work 3 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on SaturdaysBenefits from NREMGTraining and strategies other real estate companies won't teach you.Real mentorship from top producers.Real broker support for contracts and negotiations.Competitive commission structure.Leads!No hidden fees!For more info about NREMG, please visit our website at work from home options available.J-18808-Ljbffr
