In this welcoming, team-oriented environment, you will support machine operators, ensure product quality, and keep production running smoothly while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials onto machine beds and safely unload finished products to assist CNC Operators.
• Transport and stage materials securely across the shop floor using pallet jacks or by hand.
• Clean, sand, and deburr finished parts to ensure smooth edges and a high-quality finish.
• Inspect parts against specifications using basic measuring tools like calipers and tape measures.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace by sweeping floors, wiping down machinery, and emptying scrap bins daily.

Skills Needed:

• Prior forklift experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a natural knack for working with your hands.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical drawings, or technical schematics.
• Comfort and safety awareness when operating basic hand tools, grinders, and sanders.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (no prior CNC experience required—just an eagerness to learn!).
• Physical stamina to stand on concrete floors for an 8-hour shift (Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability to keep machines running.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written safety and production instructions in English.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening (including THC).
