Security Officers & Shift Supervisor

Lake Grove, NY | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | $18.03–$20.09/Hour

We are urgently hiring experienced security professionals to join our team at a busy retail location in Lake Grove, NY .

We are currently seeking Security Officers and a Shift Supervisor who are dependable, professional, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

OPEN POSITIONS

Security Officer – Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
$18.03/hour

• Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Security Officer – Overnight | Full-Time | 32 Hours/Week
$18.03/hour

• Friday, Sunday, Monday & Thursday
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Security Officer – Part-Time | 24 Hours/Week
$18.03/hour

• Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Shift Supervisor – Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
$20.09/hour

• Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required

SECURITY OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of security experience required
• Active New York State Security Guard License
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule

SHIFT SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must meet one of the following experience requirements:

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience , preferably in security or a related field; OR
• 5 years of security experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership role

Additional requirements:

• Active New York State Security Guard License
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers
• Comfortable completing reports and using basic computer systems
• Ability to respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Reliable transportation required
• Weekend and evening availability required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for professional, dependable, and motivated security professionals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of providing both a strong security presence and excellent customer service.

The Shift Supervisor will serve as a key point of contact for the security team, while Security Officers will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
