Clinical Nurse Consultant- Louisiana

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to serve as a clinical expert for hematology and oncology products across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical education, and optimizing patient outcomes through peer-to-peer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clinical relationships with academic and community healthcare professionals in assigned territory
  • Deliver educational presentations and in-services on BMS hematology and oncology products using approved materials
  • Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR-T therapy sites initiating new patients
  • Monitor account data and treatment landscape to identify and address clinical education gaps
  • Collaborate with medical and commercial partners to support speaker programs and medical congress activities

Requirements

  • APP credential (DNP, APRN, NP, or CNS) or MSN or BSN degree
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hematology or oncology
  • Current active nursing license
  • OCN certification
  • Nurse educator experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Ability to travel 50-75% and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with clear driving record

Compensation: $142,710 - $172,927 base
