Barback Position

Execute excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at our brauhaus by providing support to our Service Team.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
• Ensure that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
• Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, wine, cider, and beer
• Confirm that taps and appliances are working properly
• Changing out kegs
• Maintaining cleanliness of bar and tables by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
• Gain knowledge about menu items and beer styles
• Running food and bussing tables
