At Chick-fil-A, the role of team member is more than a job; it's an opportunity. Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience for all who serve each day and ensuring that all guests receive the Chick-fil-A exclusive service and food.

Type of position:

  • Full-time

Responsibilities of the customer service team members:

  • Smile
  • Create and maintain eye contact
  • Speak with enthusiasm
  • Establish emotional connections with guests
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant's vision and values
  • Perform multiple tasks quickly but thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work standing for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Consistency and reliability

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
  • Able to stand for long periods of time

Most Chick-fil-A® restaurants are operated by independent franchise business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.

Work schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • 10-hour shift
  • Availability on weekends
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift
