Our equipment supports a wide range of applications—from indoor warehouses and distribution centers to construction sites and port operations.Wages: Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $38.91 - $45.00ResponsibilitiesPosition: Forklift Mechanic Location: Oxnard, CA Pay Rate: $37.79 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience and education)Primary Responsibilities for Forklift Technician: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Disassemble, overhaul, and reassemble engines, transmissions, differentials, and other components Service equipment ranging from minor adjustments to major repairs Work on CAT, Mitsubishi, Jungheinrich, Manitou, Kalmar, Harlo, Genie, and other allied equipment Complete work orders, safety inspections, and timekeeping documentation accurately Maintain company tools and equipment to safety and cleanliness standards Use diagnostic tools, welding equipment, hoists, and other shop tools as required Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide excellent communication and customer service Work overtime as neededRequirements: Experience working on forklifts, heavy equipment, or related machinery Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Must own and maintain tools of the trade Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship One-year certificate or associate's degree from a community college or technical school preferred Five plus years of heavy equipment experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefits: Career Stability Opportunity for Growth Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Profit Sharing Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Company-Provided Uniforms Employee Assistance Program Critical Illness Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and HolidaysJoin Quinn Company and become part of a team that offers long-term career growth and stability.One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school; Minimum five plus year's of Cat dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.Quinn is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/DV
