Job Description Marketing Proposal Specialist The Marketing Specialist will provide strategic direction and implement marketing activities for the marketing department and support other departments/affiliates. This position will be responsible for executing a marketing plan, pursuit management, maintain and seek marketing data, providing direct support to market/affiliate needs associated with project opportunities, branding, events, programs and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of GBA Companies. Key Responsibilities Provide direction and implement marketing strategies and plans to align with marketing KPIs and company goals Prepare and tailor content, proofing and editing requests for proposal (RFP) and qualification (RFQ) responses Make recommendations and guidance for project pursuits to elevate our responses Create remarkable deliverables that are high quality, unique and creative for pursuits and other marketing purposes Produce high-end presentation materials and deliverables for internal purposes and project pursuits Support/lead the strategy and begin coaching teams during interview preparations Create, provide input and strategic direction for marketing collateral for business development and recruiting support Seek information to write project descriptions, resumes, and gather photography and images to be maintained in the share drive and CRM Maintain and produce narratives to effectively market GBA companies Manage activities for trade shows and events, including staff participation, sponsorship, coordination of giveaways, brochures and supporting entertainment, as needed As needed, coordinate efforts for client entertainment events with our Business Development staff, as necessary including conference hospitality events and other business functions Provide information to corporate communications team on events or projects for internal or external press releases, social media, The Grid, newsletters/e-blasts, etc Assist or develop copy for company website, campaign emails, social media, advertising, sales collateral, articles, testimonials, etc. Prepare, including writing, proofreading, and editing award submissions Ensure high quality work by ensuring proper review and proofing has been completed Approaches work proactively, takes initiative, and consistency ensures ongoing improvement Manage and protect the GBA Companies brand Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of marketing, or related experience Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or relevant field Expertise with a variety of software programs, such as Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Experience with CRM, preferably Cosential Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Consistently perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner Positive attitude and timely response to feedback and employee requests Consistently show ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines Provide quality through attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
