IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist A position in Securitas Technology located in Fishers, IN. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Assist with projects of various degrees as needed. Provide onsite and remote support for users. Maintain physical inventory and ticket assignment in Service Now. Work as part of a team and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of end users. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience within IT preferred. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi‑tasking. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers. Occasional lifting of parts and equipment as needed.
