Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (PRN) Location: Prince George County Facility, 3000 Lottsford Vista Road Bowie, MD Job Summary: Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare defined by supportive environments that empower patients to overcome life’s challenges. The Behavioral Health Technician will perform duties related to patient intake, documentation, medication observation, activity coordination, and crisis intervention as outlined below. Benefits $15.00/hour before differentials for the overnight shift Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement and career growth Essential Duties And Responsibilities Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program Maintain accurate client documentation Observe and document client self‑administration of medication, as applicable Coordinate client activities Follow treatment plan objectives and address client‑specific needs Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment Assist with clients' dietary needs Perform other duties as assigned Education/Experience High School Diploma required Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience preferred Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred Employment Information Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our commitment to ensuring client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances.
