Registered Nurse After-Hours Hospice (RN)

Responsibilities Act as a voice for patients, communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care (patient, family, and hospice care team). Serve as a patient advocate to ensure quality care. Cover on call after hours from 5 pm on Friday to 8 am Monday morning. Be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed triage department alongside the local hospice team. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state RN license. 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred). Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively. Additional Information Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
