Quality Control Specialist

Tualatin, OR | Direct Hire | Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections of fabricated components and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures to verify dimensions and quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and controlled documentation.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials while supporting corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Partner with production teams to help drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality manufacturing standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Inspection role within manufacturing 
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments 
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and basic GD&T symbols 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay : $27-28/hr depending on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
