Overview Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Honolulu, Hawaii. This travel assignment begins 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures as needed. Support care planning through documentation, timely charting, and coordination with the health care team. Adhere to infection prevention, safety protocols, and patient privacy regulations; respond to clinical alarms and calls. Participate in rotating shifts and weekend coverage as required to ensure continuous patient care. Requirements Active Hawaii LPN license prior to start of contract. Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program. Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. Scheduled to 40 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours. Prior LPN experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred.
