Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service

Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Bentonville, Arkansas. Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, focused on client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) licensed in Arkansas.
• Other independent licenses in Arkansas acceptable; clinicians must be licensed and living in the state.

Compensation

Up to $132,300 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Partner with the team to deliver behavioral health services, including couples and/or children.
• Complete notes within 24 hours.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
• Participate in professional development and team collaboration.
• Potential to grow into leadership or supervisory roles.
