Overview Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Bentonville, Arkansas. Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, focused on client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. Qualifications Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) licensed in Arkansas. Other independent licenses in Arkansas acceptable; clinicians must be licensed and living in the state. Compensation Up to $132,300 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Partner with the team to deliver behavioral health services, including couples and/or children. Complete notes within 24 hours. Demonstrate integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
