Sr. Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Southfield, MI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) – Salary: Up to $101,000 + Bonus Incentive Potential Job Summary NO OPPORTUNITY FOR RELOCATION CANDIDATES The Senior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. The Senior Business Analyst provides a thorough analysis of business problems and customer needs to define functional and non‑functional requirements for technology solutions; manages requirements, assists in translating them into solution specifications and verifies the fulfillment of all requirements. Strong partnership with business and technical teams to deliver solutions with respect to value, quality, and end‑user experience. Acts as a conduit between IT and customers. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities. We are expanding our team and adding a new Business Analyst role to support evolving business needs and drive meaningful impact across our operations. Key Accountabilities This role partners closely with both business and IT teams to support initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall performance.
