What You’ll Do Lead and contribute to research and development projects that drive product innovation. Design and improve products with a focus on quality, reliability, and performance . Collaborate with engineering teams, operations, and suppliers to bring ideas to life. Manage projects, mentor team members, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Identify risks and engineer solutions that keep products safe and effective. Tackle design vs. manufacturing challenges with practical, forward-thinking approaches. What You Bring Mechanical Engineering degree (or related field) with 5+ years in product design/development. Proficiency in CAD software and working knowledge of FMEA processes. Experience with testing, validation, and product optimization. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills . Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment . Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Flexibility to travel occasionally (5%–15%). Why Join Our Client?
