LPN/LVN

Encompass Health seeks an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In collaboration with RNs and an interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, and support individualized rehab plans. You’ll educate patients and families, promote safety and infection control, and contribute to a positive, nurturing culture focused on high-quality, patient-centric rehabilitation and professional growth.
