As a member of our team, the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in individuals with various levels of cognitive and physical impairment. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized plans of care and provide therapy sessions to promote optimal communication and independence. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in individuals with various levels of cognitive and physical impairment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal communication and independence Conduct speech therapy sessions, including individual and group therapy, and provide feedback to residents and families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nurses, to develop comprehensive plans of care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest level of care and service Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Active license as a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in the state of Missouri If you are a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
