Faith Works Counseling is hiring Social Workers who will be trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to deliver life-changing care to youth and families in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide intensive family-based therapy using the MST model
• Work with caregivers, schools, courts, and community supports
• Use data-driven problem-solving strategies to achieve real results
• See the impact of your work every single week

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensure or license-eligible
• MST experience is not required - Training is provided
