Isthmus Wellness is a clinic, not a spa. We are results based and looking for a therapeutic massage therapist that looks for the root cause of structural issues. We are a fun, light-hearted, motivated team of self-starters seeking our next massage therapist to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who views massage therapy as their career, not a side job.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed massage therapist passionate about helping others heal
• Strong belief in the body’s ability to restore and recover through therapeutic touch, bodywork, wellness therapies, topical recommendations, and holistic lifestyle support
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and client education skills
• Ability to clearly communicate treatment plans and expectations of massage therapy to clients
• Ability or willingness to learn cupping and gua sha techniques
• Availability for 1-2 evening shifts
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week of patient availability

Schedule

• 20–25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday and weekends if desired
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
