Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLPs)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Previous school-based experience highly valued, but not required
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students as specified in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, share progress updates, and contribute expertise to benefit each child’s success
- Adapt therapy approaches for both in-person and virtual settings as needed
