Landscape Project Manager

Overview Yardscapes Inc is looking to add an Additional Project Manager to our team. We are a 52-year-old company that services high-end projects throughout the Twin Cites Metro area. This Position is a key role between the Designer, Installation Crew, and client. You need 3-5 Years management experience, Good Communication, Computer skills. A valid Driver’s License is required (CDL Preferred) with a clean driving record. This position is year-round, salary with benefits. Knowledge You must have knowledge of: Landscape construction: Hardscapes Masonry Swimming Pools Softscapes Irrigation Low Voltage Lighting Carpentry Project Flow Project Schedule. Project Budget. Subcontractors. Project Budget. Other Job Functions Layout Of Project. Ordering materials for each site. Scheduling delivery of materials. Following up and monitoring completed projects.
