Your Role and Responsibilities Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs across video surveillance, access control, and intercom systems. Take charge of system installations and upgrades, ensuring flawless execution from pre-installation testing to final deployment. Utilize your technical prowess to diagnose and resolve network and equipment issues, maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Collaborate closely with team members and management, contributing to the collective success of our installation projects. What We're Looking For Experience & Skillset: 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in security system installations and maintenance, with a solid grasp of IP/CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom technologies. Technical Savvy: Adept at reading and interpreting schematics and drawings, with a comprehensive understanding of network infrastructures and security equipment. Problem‑Solving Mindset: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Demonstrated experience with security systems and equipment. Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that can accommodate a 6‑ladder. Company vehicles are limited and not currently available; they can be requested and will be allocated based on a waitlist system. Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in various physical environments. Preferred Qualifications Strong documentation and report‑writing skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional customer service demeanor.
