Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Escondido, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming (G-code experience is a plus).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
