overview Our client in Coos Bay, OR and Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform evaluations, establish care plans, provide treatments, and modify care as needed to achieve desired outcomes. The role requires effective leadership skills and proficiency in patient education. Key Responsibilities
• Performs physical therapy evaluations
• Establishes plan of care to meet identified goals
• Provides treatments
• Evaluates effectiveness of treatments
• Modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes
• Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
• Effective leadership skills
• Proficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co-workers Schedule and Shift Details
• Day Shift 10-40 // 80-hours per two-week pay period
• Performs physical therapy evaluations
