We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, providing comprehensive speech and swallowing evaluations and treatments. This role supports patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, within a vibrant regional healthcare setting in the Southeastern United States.

Education and Certification

Applicants must hold licensure from the appropriate state board for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year with relevant practicum experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience

One to two years of experience in communication and swallowing disorders is preferred. New clinicians will receive CPR training during orientation and must maintain certification throughout employment.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Near visual acuity for working with charts and records, and adequate hearing for speech comprehension.
• Completion of Functional Independence Measure (FIM) credentialing within 45 days of hire, maintaining a minimum proficiency score of 80% as required.
• Participation in mandatory safety, evacuation, restraint, and seclusion training.
