The Opportunity As a Nutritionist at A3 Sports Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the dietary strategies of our athletes. You’ll work closely with our coaching staff, sports scientists, and athletes to develop and implement tailored nutrition plans that optimize performance, recovery, and overall health. Your expertise will be instrumental in educating athletes on the importance of nutrition and guiding them in making informed choices that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities Assess the nutritional needs of individual athletes and develop customized meal plans to support their performance objectives. Ability to collaborate with coaching staff and sports scientists to integrate nutrition strategies into training programs. Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on athletes’ progress, performance, and health status. Provide education and resources to athletes on topics such as hydration, supplementation, and meal timing. Stay current with the latest research and trends in sports nutrition to ensure best practices are applied. Conduct regular consultations with athletes to track their nutritional intake and address any concerns. Work with the A3 team to create and deliver workshops or seminars on nutrition-related topics for athletes and staff.
