Shift: Days. Clinic is open Monday‑Friday. Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full‑time to support face‑to‑face collaboration and direct engagement. Responsibilities Administers ordered therapies according to prescriber order, facility protocols, INS standards and company policy. Completes admission process as directed by Center Director. Performs physical assessment on each patient as warranted and for new consults as needed. Consults with the NP on duty for complete physical assessment when necessary. Documents all pertinent data in the patient’s medical record. Reports all significant changes or observations to the Center Director and follows up on any identified problems. Communicates effectively with other members of the IV team regarding patient status and observations. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times by abiding by HIPAA laws and regulations. Evaluates the patient’s response to therapy and documents findings. Educates patients and/or family members regarding the therapy plan. Participates in the Quality Improvement program. Ensures all medication orders are complete, appropriate, accurate and up to date prior to treatment. Participates in the On‑Call program, which may include after‑hours, weekend and holiday calls and visitations. Provides clinical coverage for nurse practitioners on PTO/LOA and may support new market launches. May travel to worksite and other locations as necessary. Qualifications Requires an MS in Nursing and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with IVs required. Current, active, and valid unrestricted NP license to practice with scope of license in applicable state. Active, current, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Multi‑state licensure required if providing services in multiple states. Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Strong preference for healthcare experience with IVs. 2+ years of experience with IVs preferred. Experience with Port, PICC & Peripheral Line preferred. Medication Mixing experience preferred. Titration experience preferred.
