Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Shift: Thursday-Saturday + every other Sunday | 5:30 PM-6:30 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is responsible for achieving production goals while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency .

The Production Supervisor will lead production employees, manage resources, drive continuous improvement, and foster a safe, compliant, high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule and quality requirements
• Supervise, coach, develop, and recognize production employees
• Monitor staffing levels and partner with HR on talent and performance initiatives
• Lead daily visual management and tiered accountability meetings
• Drive improvements in quality, delivery, inventory, safety, and productivity
• Ensure work instructions, setup sheets, checklists, and standard work are followed
• Monitor processes, equipment, personnel, and production resources
• Identify and resolve production issues and process inefficiencies
• Enter and maintain accurate production information in ERP systems
• Lead projects and cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams
• Support and maintain compliance with ISO and medical device quality requirements
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience in plastic injection molding strongly preferred
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Preferred

• Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical discipline
• Lean, Six Sigma, ASQ-CQE, or other Operational Excellence training
• Lean Practitioner certification
• Supervisory certification or formal leadership training
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
• Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment
