Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.Job Description:The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager.We are hiring for two Production Supervisor roles:1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.3rd Shift: Sun–Wed, 7:30 p.m.– 6:30 a.m*These shift times are approximate and could start/end early. Occasional overtime, including Thurs for 3rd shift , and Fridays for 1st shift is required for this position.Hiring Range: $56,100.00-77,000 annually, paid biweekly. Plus, 401K match and generous PTO and holidays!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production teams in semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinet operations.Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on-time production goals.Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.Promote clean, safe work areas and actively identify and correct hazards.Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent, repeatable processes.Balance efficiency and customization requirements to meet customer demand.Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational standards.Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput.Train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations.Monitor key metrics including labor efficiency, downtime, overtime, and attendance.Leadership & Performance SkillsHolds self and others accountable for resultsDrives production output while maintaining quality standardsCommunicates clearly with production teams and support functionsBuilds trust through integrity and consistencyEngages and motivates employees in a high‑volume environmentDemonstrates resilience and adaptability when responding to changing prioritiesQualificationsBS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferredProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation Range:$56,100.00-88,110.00*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factorsEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
