Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN Location: Colonial Nursing and Rehab – Crown Point, IN Schedule: PRN (As Needed) Colonial Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Crown Point, IN. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
