This position involves providing specialized, evidence-based patient care within the ICU setting. The registered nurse (RN) will assess, interpret, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, collaborating closely with the healthcare team and the patient's family to ensure optimal outcomes and family-centered care in accordance with regulatory standards.
