Speech Language Pathologist in Elmendorf, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience delivering services in a school setting preferred
• Bilingual skills valued, though not mandatory
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Solid organizational and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy, both individually and in groups
• Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor progress
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Stay current on best practices and legal regulations related to school-based therapy
