Job Description Job Description Gardner Health Services currently is recruiting to fill a Medical Assistant position. This position is based out of the Gardner Packard Clinic located in Atherton, CA. This is a Full-time, 40 hour/week position. Certification as a Medical Assistant is required, however, candidates are welcome to apply who are currently in the process of obtaining their certification and will be certified soon. Candidates determined to possess the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of a Medical Assistant position shall be considered for immediate hire of placed on a list that will be used to fill future positions as vacancies occur. The Medical Assistant position is a key role within Gardner's multiple medical clinics. The positions are responsible for a variety of both hands-on medical and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay organized in a busy and fast-paced environment. The candidate must be comfortable working with individuals from a variety of cultures, backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Certification as a Medical Assistant and being bilingual in English and Spanish is required. This recruitment will remain open until filled.
