Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for an MNA looking for a set schedule with minimal hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Schedule: Every Monday 3PM - 11PM and every other weekend.

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00, based on experience

As an MNA, you will:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team

• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care

• Current New Hampshire MNA license in good standing

• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
