Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports. Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans. Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care. Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs. Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices. Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations. Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks. Qualifications Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure). Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field. Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred. Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support.
