Digital Tools Proficiency Show how coverage compares in customers’ neighborhoods and highlight the speed of our LTE network. Explain how plans and services empower unlimited connectivity and lifestyle enhancement. Demonstrate how we redefine wireless through device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting. Training and Collaboration Complete in‑store, systems, and reference training to master all processes.
