Schedule 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a strong background in orthopedics to join our dynamic team on the Ortho/Spine unit. This unit focuses on providing care for patients undergoing knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in the Ortho/Spine unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to changing conditions effectively. Assist with procedures performed on the unit, including but not limited to knee and hip replacements, and multi-level spine surgeries. Ensure adherence to unit guidelines and policies to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid RN License in the state of practice. Strong background in orthopedic nursing is essential. Compassion and teamwork skills are a must. Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
