3PL Account Operations Supervisor

Experience & Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (or equivalent experience) plus 5–7 years in 3PL/freight operations, including 1–3 years in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with TMS software (e2open TMF or Descartes Aljex preferred) and US domestic ground freight (FTL, LTL, Intermodal) from booking through invoicing. Account Management: Proven ability to navigate client relationship challenges with composure, make sound escalation decisions, and build data‑backed performance reports. Core Skills: Excellent written communication, proficiency in MS Office/Teams, and operational judgment. High‑value/security‑sensitive account management and experience running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). SOP authoring, process improvement (root‑cause analysis), and exposure to Power BI dashboards. Familiarity with cross‑border documentation and specialized freight handling. salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities perations & Tech: grasp of US ground freight (FTL/LTL/intermodal) and TMS platforms (e2open TMF/Descartes Aljex preferred); proficient in MS Office & Teams.
