A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist: Buildsuperiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store Deliverbest in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite What we are looking for: Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction Some experience in a customer-facing environment Ability to multitask and work efficiently Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history) Why work with us?
