Analyzes financial information to support credit decisions, monitor risk, and ensure compliance with bank policy and regulatory standards across an agricultural loan portfolio.Supports Relationship Managers and Credit Officers by preparing financial spreads, cash flow analysis, collateral evaluations, and credit memorandums for new loan requests, renewals, modifications, and ongoing portfolio management. Loan exposure may include operating lines of credit, term loans, real estate‑secured loans, equipment financing, and other agriculture‑specific credit products.Develops an understanding of agricultural production cycles, commodity markets, and seasonal cash flow patterns, and applies this knowledge when assessing borrower repayment capacity and risk. Works collaboratively with relationship teams to address credit questions, covenant monitoring, and portfolio reviews.This active posting is for a Agricultural Credit Analyst role: Credit Analyst 4 & Credit Analyst 5.Below are the basic qualifications and preferred experience for each level of role.
