Host lessons in the student’s home, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. Note that most students prefer in-person lessons in the Dallas, TX area. Manage your own schedule and curriculum/lesson plans. Coordinate with the office and handle billing-related tasks indirectly through company support. Maintain timely, clear communication with students and families. Qualifications Formal music training is not mandatory, but one of the following is required: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience. Great with kids, organized, reliable, and on time for all lessons. Ability to operate as an independent contractor in the Dallas, TX area and travel to students as needed. Willingness to adapt to student needs and maintain good communication with the office. Compensation and Schedule Independent contractor basis with pay between $20 - $30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience/education, and student retention. Flexibility to set your own schedule and choose curriculum/lesson plans. The company handles advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help you focus on teaching.
