RCI-ABBV-32395 Contract Analyst (Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device)

High school diploma with 1-2 yrs exp will work This roles involves a lot of contracts renew and contract agreement documentation related work Not looking for a calibration technician or lab tech candidate Will renew service contracts Document in Maximo (terms of contract) Maximo exp (used to track equipment / Asset management system) Process service contract renewals, including review of equipment reliability histories, determination of insourcing potential, and overall assessment of cost benefits. Process work orders and contracts to ensure equipment status, service activities, and all cost of ownership expenses are properly documented. Maintain equipment warranty and service contract data Work with excel spreadsheet Service contract module within Maximo Will act as a liaison between vendor and client (Will take care of documentation work) Strong Communication with vendors and customers Attention to detail / Organizational skills (Track payments) #J-18808-Ljbffr Rangam
